Shipping Information

Shipping cost is based on the shipping carrier and method that you select at checkout. 

Your order will be processed in 1-4 business days by our fulfillment team, with most orders shipping out within 1 business day unless we are experiencing a large order volume. 

Please note that the estimated shipping time begins after the package is picked up by the shipping carrier and arrives at the processing center, and that we cannot guarantee shipping/transit times, 

We cannot make changes to orders once they have been placed. Please make sure that the order details and shipping information are correct before completing your order. If you reach out to us after an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel the order before it is processed and picked up by the shipping carrier. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Customers must properly input their shipping address with all necessary information (apartment, dorm room, college mailbox, suite, house numbers, etc.).

We cannot refund the original shipping cost if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided. The customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs. 

 

For Customers Outside of the U.S.

Some countries outside of the U.S. may charge additional customs fees, duties, or VAT. These charges are out of our control and the responsibility of the buyer as they are collected by the shipping carrier on behalf of the country.
