IMPORTANT NOTICE: COVID-19 Shipping & Supply Chain Disruptions
As we enter the holiday season, we want to be transparent regarding COVID-19 impacts on our business. Our customers have always been the heart of our company, and we are grateful for you and your ongoing support. We always strive to deliver the best customer experience possible, but we are reliant on other services and businesses to produce and distribute our products so we do have some limitations.

Inventory Levels
Our goal is to always have all items in stock, but we are out of stock of some items due to our supply chain partners encountering COVID-19 disruptions, including staff shortages, lockdowns slowing or halting the manufacturing process and shipping delays due to a surge in e-commerce (more shipments than transport methods available). If you see an item that you want in stock, please consider ordering it sooner than later as we only have limited warehouse space available to store inventory and we are unable to arrange just-in-time delivery due to the imbalance of supply and demand for freight transport services.

Shipping Times
We utilize services like USPS and UPS to ship our orders. All of the options available for your order will appear when you checkout and enter your shipping address, allowing you to choose the shipping carrier and service that works best for you. However, due to the pandemic, the shipping carriers are extremely backlogged and there is no way to guarantee delivery dates or transit times at this time. As we get closer to the holiday season, we anticipate the delays will get worse. When you order from our website, our team will make every effort to prepare your shipment as quickly as possible. Our Denver fulfillment center is on a pickup route so your shipment tracking may not be updated until after it reaches the first processing center as shipping carriers don't scan packages in real-time anymore. Please allow extra time for your shipment to arrive. If you select 2-day shipping, please note you will not receive your shipment in two days as the shipping carrier needs to pick up the shipment before it can be processed and shipped.

The cost to stay in business has significantly jumped in 2021 due to high freight transportation shipping costs, material shortages, increased storage costs and losing money when shipping carriers lose our shipments. We will continue to assess our pricing in reasonable alignment with operational costs.
