Shipping Information

Shipping cost is based on the shipping carrier and method that you select at checkout. 

Your order will be processed in 1-2 business days by our fulfillment team, with most orders shipping out within 1 business day. 

Please note that the estimated shipping time begins after the package is picked up by the shipping carrier and arrives at the processing center, and that we cannot guarantee shipping times. For questions regarding transit status, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We cannot make changes to orders once they have been placed. Please make sure that the order details and shipping information are correct before completing your order. If you reach out to us after an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel the order before it is processed and picked up by the shipping carrier. 

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Customers must properly input their shipping address with all necessary information (apartment, dorm room, college mailbox, suite, house numbers, etc.).

We cannot refund the original shipping cost if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided. The customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs. 

 

For Customers Outside of the U.S.

Some countries outside of the U.S. may charge additional customs fees, duties, or VAT. These charges are out of our control and the responsibility of the buyer as they are collected by the shipping carrier on behalf of the country. 

Please allow extra time for international shipments and note that tracking updates may be delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience. For questions regarding delivery status, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

 

Return Policy 

The following return policies apply to products purchased on our website www.flufftrough.com. If you decide to order Fluff Trough products from another website, please refer to their return policies. 

  • Products may be returned in "like-new" condition within 30 days from the day of receipt.
  • If you purchased a product set, all parts of the set must be returned to receive a full product refund.
  • Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. 
  • You are responsible for additional return shipping costs and packaging materials. 
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 days of receipt and an email confirmation will notify you of the refund to your original form of payment.

Please supervise your pet while they are using the product. If your pet chews the product, it is not eligible for return or replacement. The product is made from high-quality materials, but it could be damaged if your pet is a chewer or uses the product as a toy. 

 

We don't have an exchange policy because each product is so different. Please ensure you are ordering the correct product for your pet. If you have questions about what you should order for your pet, please contact orders@flufftrough.com. We are happy to assist you! 

 

We have two sizes of Fluff Troughs and different insert options based on your pet's need. If you order a Binge Blocker set, we can't exchange it for the regular Fluff Trough. However, you can return the product you ordered within the 30 day return window and order the correct item. 

 

If you want to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will need to return it to receive a refund following the guidelines above. 

 

If you provided an incomplete or incorrect shipping address and don't receive your shipment, you are responsible for all re-shipping costs. We are unable to claim insurance on shipments when an incomplete or incorrect shipping address is provided.
